Can I keep dog pedigrees and breeding records on my Mac?+

Yes. DogPedigree keeps dogs, parent relationships, heat cycles, matings, litters, puppies and health attachments together in one local archive.

Does DogPedigree upload breeder or buyer information?+

No. The core app works locally without an account. Its archive is encrypted on your Mac and the key is kept in macOS Keychain.

Can I export a puppy packet for a buyer?+

Yes. A buyer packet can include a pedigree PDF, puppy and health CSV files, selected attachments, a JSON summary and a SHA-256 manifest inside one ZIP.

Can I import existing records?+

Yes. DogPedigree supports CSV import and export so you can move core dog records in or out without locking them inside the app.

How much will DogPedigree cost?+

The price is US$39 as a one-time purchase for one Mac, with no subscription. Secure checkout and DMG delivery are handled by Polar.

How will checkout work?+

Polar processes the secure checkout as merchant of record. Available cards and wallets depend on country, browser and device, and applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
